A subscription for running and growing your shop
Choose the size of your opportunity, without giving away a percentage of every sale. Every Soko plan has 0% sales commission, unlimited orders and unlimited products. Your monthly subscription gives you a place to sell online and the tools to run those orders alongside your everyday shop.
That helps protect your margin from per-order platform commission. As your order volume grows, Soko does not take a larger sales commission from you. You keep control of your product prices, delivery charges and the offers you choose to fund.
The everyday tools are included in every plan
You do not need a higher plan to start with the essentials. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all include:
- Unlimited orders: take more orders without moving to a higher plan because you reached an order allowance.
- Unlimited products: build out your catalogue as your range grows.
- POS system: use the point-of-sale workspace for counter sales alongside online operations.
- Self-managed delivery: add the salaried or freelance riders you work with and set your delivery charges.
- Soko Store mobile app: let the owner and authorised staff manage the shop from a phone.
- Customer chat: answer questions from the store’s account and help customers complete their purchase.
- Ratings and reviews: learn from customer feedback and give shoppers more information about your store.
- Website subdomain: give your shop its own website address through Soko, connected to the catalogue you already maintain.
The plans differ in additional branch capacity and growth tools. This lets a first-time online seller start with the core service, while a growing business chooses more locations, video promotion and branding options.

| Plan | Monthly subscription | Store locations | A practical fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze — Getting Online | TSh 35,000 | Your main shop; no additional branches | A single duka starting online with the full everyday toolkit and a store website subdomain. |
| Silver — Growing Store | TSh 85,000 | Main shop + 2 branches: up to 3 locations | A growing business ready for Reels, advertisements, a verified badge and its own website domain. |
| Gold — Multi-Branch Business | TSh 150,000 | Main shop + 5 branches: up to 6 locations | A business that needs more locations while keeping the same growth tools available in Silver. |
| Platinum — Chain / Enterprise | TSh 250,000 | Unlimited branches | A chain managing many locations, including shops in different supported cities. |
Bronze includes the website subdomain. Silver, Gold and Platinum also include Reels, advertisements, the vendor verification badge and custom-domain support. Those three plans have the same listed growth tools; branch capacity is their main difference.
Branch allowances mean additional shops beyond your main store. For example, Silver’s two branches let you operate three locations in total. Each branch has its own products, stock, orders, wallet, staff and riders. Choose the real zone and location for each shop, including when expanding into another city served by Soko.
For more than 15 branches, contact Soko for a setup tailored to your chain. The monthly prices above come from Soko’s supplied pricing guide; the package summary in the vendor portal shows the offer you will activate.

| Vendor verification badge | A platform-controlled store badge included in Silver, Gold and Platinum, subject to Soko’s verification process. It identifies store verification, not certification of individual products. |
| Website subdomain | A store website using a Soko-provided address, linked to your existing catalogue and ordering system. Included in every plan. |
| Website custom domain | Connect a web address you own to that storefront. Included in Silver, Gold and Platinum; arrange domain registration and connection separately. |

Choose and activate a package step by step
- Open the vendor portal. If you are new, begin registration and follow the package step. If already registered, sign in and open Business plan/Subscription.
- Choose the number of locations you need. A main shop counts separately from the additional branch allowance shown above.
- Decide whether you want Reels, advertisements, a verification badge and a custom domain. Bronze includes the everyday tools and a subdomain; those additional growth features start with Silver.
- Select the package and read its monthly price, validity and payment summary. Validity tells you the access period you are buying.
- Complete an offered payment method and keep the payment reference.
- Return to Business plan and check the package name, active status and expiry date. Then continue your first-order setup.
If payment was taken but access has not updated, give support the payment reference before trying again. This lets them trace the payment to your subscription.
Make a sensible first-month plan
Start with products your existing customers already buy. Share your store link in WhatsApp conversations and your Instagram profile, keep a rider available and give one employee responsibility for watching orders. Customers then have both a familiar shop and a convenient way to order from it.
Once that routine is working, add more of your range. On Silver and above, try a reel showing a popular product or an advertisement introducing your store. Use the reports to learn which products and offers lead to completed orders.
Your subscription gives you a channel you can actively build: a catalogue that answers product questions, an ordering route you can share and a team that can fulfil the sale.
Work out what success would look like
A simple target can help turn the monthly fee into a practical sales plan. Start with the money an additional order leaves after the goods, discounts, packaging and any delivery cost your shop covers. This is its contribution towards the subscription and other overheads.
Example using Bronze: at TSh 35,000 per month, ten additional orders contributing TSh 3,500 each would cover the subscription fee. The TSh 3,500 is an illustrative margin, not a forecast; use your shop’s actual figures to work out your own target.
With no Soko sales commission, there is no percentage deduction from those sales to add to the calculation. Once the subscription is covered, the contribution from further orders can go towards other business costs and profit. This gives you a concrete reason to share the store consistently and make the first customers want to order again.
Renewal, changes and expiry
Open Business plan to see your active package, expiry date and renewal or change options. Choose Renew to continue an offered plan, or the available change/shift action when your business needs another package. Review the amount and period, complete payment and check the updated status.
Before moving to a smaller plan, compare branch capacity and the growth features your team uses. The four plans listed here all include unlimited orders and products. Read any change warning shown on your actual account, particularly if you are moving from an older or differently configured package.
Subscription payments buy access to the platform. Wallet withdrawals handle money due from order settlements. Keeping the two separate makes it easier to follow your business records.
