Start with a question
Use reports to answer a specific question: Which products sell? How much did an offer cost? Which withdrawals are still pending? Select the correct branch and date range before comparing figures.
The dashboard is a useful quick view. Detailed reports give the transactions and filters needed to understand the total.

| Report or view | What it helps you understand |
|---|---|
| Dashboard order summary | The store’s order activity and status breakdown. Follow up on pending and active orders. |
| Order list and export | Individual orders, statuses and relevant dates. Useful for reconciling fulfilment. |
| Store earning report | Sales/earnings, delivery and expense breakdowns, trends and transaction records available for the selected period. |
| Expense report | Recorded promotional costs such as store-funded coupons and discounts. It is not a complete record of rent, salaries and stock purchases. |
| Disbursement report | Platform disbursement entries and their status where disbursement is used. |
| Tax/VAT report | The configured tax breakdown and records for the period. Use them with your business’s accounting records. |
| Wallet and withdrawal history | Requests, payments, adjustments and settlement progress. |
| Product/stock views | Current and low-stock items, plus the product performance information shown in the dashboard. |
| Flash-sale product list | Allocated quantity, sold quantity, discount and sold amount for included items. |
Access depends on the employee’s relevant report permissions and the store’s available features. Use export actions where shown to keep a dated copy for reconciliation.
Read a report step by step
- Select the branch you want to review and open the relevant report from the dashboard’s reporting area.
- Choose one clear period, such as the last full week. Apply the available filters rather than assuming the default dates are the period you intend.
- Read the totals, then inspect the transactions below them. Check what each amount includes and which order statuses are counted.
- Open the related order or wallet record when a figure needs explanation. Keep the order/transaction number with your notes.
- Use the report’s export action where offered to keep a dated copy. Write down the branch and filters so you can repeat the comparison.
- Decide one action: replenish a popular product, investigate cancellations, change a store-funded offer or follow up on a withdrawal.
If there are no rows, check the dates, branch and filters before concluding that sales were lost. A missing report menu may reflect the employee’s permission; it does not necessarily mean there are no transactions.
Revenue is not profit
An earnings or sales card does not deduct every business cost. Compare the relevant proceeds with cost of goods, packaging, wages, rider arrangements, discounts, rent and the subscription in your own records.
For a campaign, compare completed orders and contribution after its discount. For delivery, compare customer fees with what delivery actually cost. For a branch, review its own ledger before combining locations.
A practical weekly review
- Count completed orders and inspect cancellations or repeated fulfilment problems.
- Identify products customers bought and products that often ran out.
- Review store-funded promotional expense and the sales associated with the offer.
- Reconcile cash/rider returns and digital receipts with Wallet.
- Choose one improvement for the next week: stock, product descriptions, delivery price, hours or a targeted offer.
If totals disagree, compare date filters, order status, branch and whether you are looking at gross sales, earnings, expenses or settlements. Send the transaction/order references to support if the difference remains unexplained.
