What a campaign adds
A campaign groups stores or products around an offer or theme, giving customers another route to discover them. It can suit a planned shopping period, a household restock theme or an introduction to a product range.
Prepare products and capacity first. The useful outcome is completed orders from customers you can serve well, not simply appearing in a promotion.
Join a store campaign
- Open Marketing → Campaigns/Basic campaigns in the vendor dashboard.
- Review the available campaign, dates and description.
- Use the join/participation action for the correct store when offered.
- The participation request is recorded as pending. Wait for the platform’s approval rather than treating submission as live placement.
- Check the resulting status, prepare your team and promote the campaign only within its actual dates and conditions.
- If you need to leave, use the available remove/leave action and check the resulting status. Existing orders still need fulfilment.
Item campaigns
The dashboard also has an item-campaign listing. Item campaign products and their terms are managed through the platform’s campaign setup; do not assume the store can convert every catalogue item into a campaign item from the vendor list. Coordinate product inclusion and funding with Soko.
If no campaign is available to join
Check that you are in the right branch and that the campaign dates have not ended. If there is no join action or the campaign is not listed, ask Soko support about eligibility rather than assuming your store is already included.
For an item campaign, send support the store, exact product/pack, available quantity and the dates you can support. Ask for confirmation of the offer and who funds it. Keep that confirmation before promoting it to customers.
Choose an offer you can sustain
A cosmetics store might participate around a specific personal-care range; a grocery shop might support a weekend restock campaign. Keep your prices and product details accurate, clarify who funds each discount and schedule staff/riders for the expected workload.
Afterwards, inspect orders and the promotional expense rather than judging success only by visibility. Compare with coupons for store-controlled codes and flash sales for short product-specific periods.
